Israeli minister cancels Spain visit amid UNIFIL row

Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak has canceled a visit to Spain next week amid alleged disagreements between the two nations over the command of the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). Barak was scheduled to meet Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos and Defence Minister Carme Chacon during his two-day visit which had been scheduled to begin on Wednesday.
