Some 135 days after being selected for the post of premier, Saad Hariri will now officially take up his duties after the approval of a 30-member cabinet Monday, following a flurry of last-minute negotiations. The government based on the 15-10-5 structure grants the majority 15 ministers, the opposition 10 and President Michel Sleiman five seat.
