Speaker Nabih Berri sent a letter to US House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday criticizing the US Congress for passing a bill on December 8 that imposes sanctions on satellite channels carrying content that could be interpreted as "hostile to the United States." According to Berri, the bill breaches the sovereignty of the states broadcasting the penalized satellite content - including Lebanon.
