As the fourth and final electoral battle approaches, Zghorta MP Nayla Mouawad said Wednesday "Syria and its Lebanese security and authority allies are attempting to paralyze the Parliament." Mouawad, who is a candidate in elections this Sunday said these attempts are being made via "a security bloc" formed by an opposing electoral list.
