"Creating a peaceful world is a fuzzy dream of a utopian idealist. We are here over the next three days to do just that." With those words, Jody Williams, founding coordinator of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL), announced the culmination of three years of hard work by the Global Partnership.
