U.S. Ambassador Jeffrey Feltman congratulated Lebanese soldiers who had recently completed the first phase of a multi-phase project on underwater unexploded ordnance removal and disposal. He was speaking during a ceremony held at Beirut's NCO Club, where several representatives of the Lebanese and U.S. armed forces were also in attendance.
