Detlev Mehlis, the head of the UN probe into the murder of former Lebanese Premier Rafik Hariri has questioned  Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Walid Moallem, as he was said to have been the last Syrian official to see Hariri before his death, according to a Syrian source.
