A key player at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development says Lebanon's reform process needs domestic confidence, not foreign money, to succeed. "What is needed, first, is not to convince the international community," said Rainer Geiger, deputy director of the OECD's Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs.
