Lebanese Foreign Minister Fawzi Salloukh said Tuesday that his country does not bear enmity toward Syria and is not seeking any foreign help to overpower Damascus. Salloukh said that Premier Fouad Siniora's visit to the U.S. last month during which he met with President George Bush and UN Secretary General Kofi Annan was not to generate support against the Syrian regime.
