Syria's foreign minister said Sunday his country was ready for regional war and will respond "immediately" to any Israeli attack, as he offered to join Hizbullah's ranks. "We will respond to any Israeli aggression immediately," Walid Moallem said on arrival in Lebanon ahead of a Monday-meeting for Arab foreign ministers to discuss.
