At least seven hurt as another bomb strikes Beirut

Beirut was struck by the second powerful bomb in as many nights on Monday when a blast laid waste to part of the capital's Verdun district. There were no initial reports of fatalities but hospital officials confirmed that at least seven people were wounded - including one elderly man and two children seen being evacuated on television.
