US Ambassador Jeffrey Feltman said Wednesday his country intends to contribute $3.5 million to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestine refugees following a  "Flash Appeal" from UNRWA for funds to help for residents of the Nahr al-Bared refugee camp near Tripoli.
