Arab League chief Amr Moussa said Tuesday that while the political situation in Lebanon was increasingly delicate, with "dangerous winds" blowing in the region, he remains optimistic that the Lebanese can overcome their differences. Moussa told journalists upon his arrival in Beirut Tuesday that his mission was not to mediate.
