Army troops remain resolute despite heavy death toll

Peering at plumes of smoke billowing from a refugee camp in northern Lebanon, where the army has been battling Islamists for nearly 10 weeks, the soldier summed up the army's resolve. "We have to win because Lebanon's future is at stake," the commando shouted, his voice almost drowned.
