This report is submitted pursuant to Security Council resolutions 1595 (2005), 1636 (2005), 1644 (2005), 1686 (2006) and 1748 (2007) In which the Council requested the United Nations International Independent Investigation Commission ("the Commission") to report every four months to the Council on the progress of its inquiry.
