Wednesday's moves by the Future parliamentary bloc to promote Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) commander General Michel Suleiman for Lebanon's vacant presidency have put opposition presidential candidate MP Michel Aoun on the defensive, even if Suleiman had been viewed as close to the opposition.
