An explosion targeting a US Embassy vehicle ripped through the Karantina industrial zone near Beirut on Tuesday, leaving three people dead and at least 21 wounded. Two embassy security employees, both Lebanese citizens, were in the vehicle at the time of the attack, according to an embassy statement.
