Tuesday marked the first anniversary of the outbreak of violence at the Nahr al-Bared Palestinian refugee camp in North Lebanon, a conflict that left more than 400 dead as the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) battled Fatah al-Islam militants in the camp's tight confines for more than three months before defeating them.
