French President Nicolas Sarkozy on Tuesday strongly condemned a suicide attack in Algeria that killed 43 people and wounded 45 others outside a police school. Sarkozy said he condemned "with the greatest severity" the bomb attack and offered his condolences to President Abdel-Aziz Bouteflika.
