Years will go by before the tribunal set up to investigate the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri will have anything to show. Or at least that's the opinion of 20-year-old Vicken who spoke to The Daily Star on Saturday as he hurried through Achrafieh on his way to a nearby church.
