The governor of the Banque de France, Christian Noyer, praised Lebanon's stringent banking regulations for their good practice as he addressed a select audience of Lebanese bankers at Banque du Liban's headquarters in Beirut on Monday. Noyer's remarks came as he spoke about the need for governments to reform their financial.
