Lebanon's budget deficit, in terms of Gross Domestic Product, reached its lowest post war levels in 2004 thanks to higher revenues and lower spending, the Finance Ministry said in a report issued this week. The total deficit declined from LL3.938 trillion in 2003 to LL3.026 trillion in 2004.
