The advent of power transfer presents perhaps a renewed hope that Iraq is not beyond salvation, and that with Iraqis at the helm of power, at least on the surface - a viable, unified and prosperous country may well be able to emerge. This at least is what Iraqi Governing Council (GC) member Adnan Pachachi says in the following interview.
