The Daily Star interviewed Marta Ruedas, UN deputy special coordinator for Lebanon, UN resident coordinator and UNDP resident representative on Wednesday, two days before the celebration of United Nations Day. Ruedas has worked with the UN, principally with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), for over 20 years.
