Iraq said it will send a delegation to Turkey on Tuesday with evidence backing its allegations that Syrian-based terrorist groups orchestrated recent bombings in Baghdad. "The evidence includes confessions, communications, financing and logistic support by people living in Syria and who have relations with Al-Qaeda," said government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh, confirming the trip to Ankara.
