Ireland voted decisively to endorse the EU's Lisbon Treaty, overturning a "no" vote in a previous referendum, as leaders Saturday hailed a key step toward ending the 27-nation bloc's deadlock. More than two-thirds of voters approved the treaty, which is designed to streamline decision-making in a European Union which has expanded eastwards since 2004.
