Libya is planning to buy more than 20 Russian fighter jets in $1 billion arms deal with Moscow, the Interfax news agency reported on Monday, citing a military-diplomatic source. "Libya is planning to buy 12 to 15 Su-35 multipurpose fighters, four Su-30s and six Yak-130 combat training planes from Russia," the unidentified source was quoted as saying.
