Iraq has become a "postgraduate faculty for terrorism" and is attracting thousands of foreigners who could foment violence when they return home, the head of Canada's spy agency said Thursday. Jim Judd, director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, told the Toronto Star newspaper that a new generation of militants was using the war in Iraq to get first-hand experience.
