Five Kuwaiti nationals who have been held at the U.S. detention facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, will arrive home on Thursday, the Foreign Ministry undersecretary said in comments published Wednesday.

The announcement comes a day after Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said the United States will not allow UN human rights investigators to meet with detainees at the Guantanamo prison.
