Israel said Wednesday that it would not allow voting in occupied East Jerusalem in next month's Palestinian election - a move Palestinian officials and Egypt's intelligence chief said could delay the vote. Denouncing the decision, President Mahmoud Abbas said the Palestinian leadership would carefully consider its next step.
