The United States publicly warned Friday Palestinian parties that they would risk being regarded as a terrorist group if they took part in a Hamas-led coalition, as Israeli violence claimed the life of an eight-year-old Palestinian girl. The girl was in a car with her uncle, Gamel Zaed, when they came under fire, the father said.
