Four Palestinians were shot dead Wednesday during an Israeli raid in the heart of the West Bank's administrative capital only hours after Palestinian factional violence that claimed two more lives in the Gaza Strip. One of the victims in the inter-Palestinian fighting was an area commander of a main Gaza security force and was killed.
