The Algerian extremist Islamic organization Salafi Group for Call and Combat (SGCC) posted a statement on its website last weekend declaring a holy war against "every infidel foreigner" in Algeria. The statement was signed by Abu Ibrahim Mustafa, the leader of the SGCC.
