Christmas will again be a somber one for Palestinians this year, their land still under occupation and their lives plagued by deadly violence, the Latin patriarch of Jerusalem said Wednesday. "Bethlehem is meant to be the city of peace," Archbishop Michel Sabbah said in his Christmas message, referring to the birthplace of Jesus.
