Turkey has the right to chase Kurdish guerrillas inside Iraq if Baghdad is not strong enough to fight them itself, Turkey's foreign minister said Wednesday as Baghdad sought to ease tensions sparked by Iraqi Kurdish threats to interfere in Ankara's affairs.
