Palestinian hospital workers in Gaza began three days of work stoppages on Sunday to protest against Hamas firing members of the rival Fatah party from senior posts after its takeover of the territory. Staff in all Gaza hospitals are stopping work between 10 a.m. and noon, except in emergency rooms, the physicians' union announced in a statement.
