Fighting in Somalia's capital has killed more than 30 civilians and wounded 60 in the past 24 hours, a local human rights group said on Tuesday, a day after Britain circulated a draft resolution that would keep an African Union (AU) force in the war-torn country for six months and start planning for UN peacekeepers to possibly replace it.
