Portugal accused of large role in Guantanamo fiasco

Portugal helped illegally transport over 700 prisoners to Guantanamo Bay by allowing use of its territory or airspace, a report said Tuesday, urging Lisbon to launch a public investigation. British charity Reprieve, citing Portuguese and US data as well as prisoners' testimony, said.
