The besieged Gaza Strip faced new blackouts on Sunday as its only power plant shut down after receiving no fuel from Israel in four days, senior Palestinian officials said. Meanwhile, Israeli Premier Ehud Olmert on Sunday blamed Hamas for all attacks from the Gaza Strip and warned that "calm" would be imposed by force if they did not cease.
