A former US Army mechanical engineer pleaded guilty Tuesday to spying for Israel in the 1980s, the US prosecutor's office said. Ben-Ami Kadish, 85, is due to be sentenced by the federal court in New York in February and faces a maximum five years jail. He pleaded guilty to participating in a conspiracy.
