Violence in Iraq has slowed reconstruction and economic recovery more than expected, the World Bank said on Thursday in a grim assessment of the country's immediate hopes for recovery. In a report released to Reuters, the World Bank said deadly attacks had spooked private investors and slowed physical reconstruction.
