Energy expert calls for Middle East action plan

Energy and Privatization consultant Roudi Baroudi called for an energy policy action plan for the Middle East region. Baroudi, who was speaking during the 11th Middle East Power Generation Summit in Dubai, said it was imperative to restructure the electricity sectors in the Middle East.
