Representatives of Norway's government and state-held oil giants Statoil and Norsk Hydro will travel to Libya next week to examine investment opportunities in the North African country, the government said Friday. Norway hopes to get a jump on the competition now that Libya's ties with the international community have normalized, the Foreign Ministry said.
