In front of a charred house hit by a Hizbullah rocket near Haifa's industrial sector, the mayor of the beleaguered city offers the assurance that "spirits are high." But many residents are not so sure. Since the Lebanon conflict began, some 70 rockets have landed in Israel's third-largest city, killing 10 people.
