Life can be tough in Iraq, as reflected in the dour offerings of most television stations during Ramadan. It can also be hilarious - as many viewers are discovering. In its much-hyped political comedy "Anba al-Watan," Al-Sharqiya satellite channel has roped in popular Iraqi actor Rasim al-Jumaili to play a political leader in an Arab country.
