The Glaswegian post-punk rock group, Franz Ferdinand, has cancelled their July 28 date at Lebanon's Byblos International Festival. In what will be a big disappointment for fans, Naji Baz, music promoter and primary organizer of the Byblos Festival, told The Daily Star, Tuesday, that his headlining.
