"The first casualty when war comes is truth," US Senator Hiram Johnson said in 1917. With that notion in mind, a few days before the war on Iraq was started last Spring, Egyptian-American director Jehane Noujaim gathered her filming equipment and headed to Doha, Qatar. Her mission? To get as close to the truth as possible.
