Lebanon tops agenda of foreign states

BSE up 2 percent in anticipation of new cabinet formation
Equities on the Beirut Stock Exchange (BSE) rode a mid-week wave of optimism regarding the prospects of a new cabinet, ending the week up 2 percent.
