The Central Bank will continue to issue regulations and circulars to combat money laundering and terrorism financing, Gov. Riad Salameh said Monday.Salameh said these modifications were made to consolidate the conditions imposed on banks operating in Lebanon, which should abide by the systems and sanctions applied by the correspondent banks that they deal with.Our strong partnership, our resolve and our resilience are our greatest strengths in this battle," Jones said.He praised Lebanon's cooperation in the fight against terrorism.Jones also commented on Parliament's approval of four laws to combat money laundering and terrorism funding.
