Hezbollah chief Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah Monday accused Israel of killing party commander Samir Kuntar in an Israeli airstrike in Syria and vowed to retaliate against the Jewish state at a time and place of the group's choice.Kuntar, who spent 29 years in an Israeli jail after being convicted of the 1979 killing of an Israeli policeman along with a father and his 4-year-old daughter in a cross border attack, was released in a prisoner swap with Hezbollah in 2008 .In addition to Kuntar, Farhan Shaalan, the commander of the anti-Israel Syrian resistance in the strategic Golan Heights, was also killed along with a number of Syrian civilians in the Israeli raid.Nasrallah revealed that following Kuntar's release from Israeli prison, he expressed a willingness to carry out any operation against Israel on behalf of Hezbollah on the southern Lebanese border, in the Golan Heights, or inside Israel.
